Peace of mind

This review reflects my experience with and opinion of this product as an actual customer. Note: I received a small incentive for posting my opinion.
Bought the 3rd generation owlet sock for my son and it definitely gives me peace of mind at night knowing that it monitors his oxygen level and heart rate. He got a respiratory virus a few weeks ago and my husband and I were able to get some rest at night thanks to this monitor. I've found the app is very easy to use and it gives you lots of helpful information, it even reminds you to wash the sock and monitor every week! Worth every penny!

Peace of mind

My husband and I decided to get the owlet for our son so we could both sleep knowing he was safe. We are very cautious of SIDS and safe sleep practices with our newborn. This product lets me sleep soundly while my baby sleeps. I know if there’s any safety concerns with our sons breathing the owlet with alarm us. I also love the sleep tracking feature! It’s so useful.

Eases anxiety!!!

I bought this product after my son was about a month old. I was so worried about him at night, even when he did sleep I didn’t because I kept checking on him. The Owlet Smart Sock has SERIOUSLY reduced my anxiety and allows me to sleep peacefully knowing my baby is safe!

Gives such peace of mind!

We used the angelcare under the mattress for the first two, but couldn’t wait to use the owlet with this one (didn’t exist with the others). It provides such peace of mind and I love the green light on the base while baby is in our room.

Amazing results!!

Our beautiful boy was always a good sleeper- all the way through the night from three months. Then we hit the 7 month deep regression and things got real tough. He was refusing naps and getting harder and harder to get to sleep at night. After two weeks of tears through the night from him- and also me- we decided to give the dreamlab a try- honestly not expecting much. I couldn’t believe he was aslee within 15 minutes on the first night and has fallen asleep in a minute and a half every night since!! We are on night 6 and couldn’t be happier. Naps are still a work in progress but I know we with the Dream Lab tips we are getting there. To anyone wondering if it really works, it really does!

Love the owlet, the camera needs some work

I have two under two. I highly recommend owlet to all new moms. When I purchased the owlet sock, I of course wanted the bundle with the camera as well. Now that I have two under two, I love that I can put both of my babies on the app to monitor. HOWEVER, watching two babies at the same time is very difficult. The camera with one baby alone buffers for long periods, goes offline, and sometimes says it needs to re-pair. So, I close the app, open it back, and it will come on. I have to choose one baby to listen to all night long with the app open, which kills my battery. Some nights I wake up and it’s no longer playing in the background, so I scramble to check on them. Just PLEASE make a portable monitor that has split screen capability. I also don’t want every babysitter to have access to cameras on my babies! Having to download the app for everyone is a pain. I love knowing my babies are monitored with the sock, but the camera is not what I would recommend to a new mom as of right now.

Lets us breathe easier at night time

I was gifted the owlet smart sock and was unsure how I would feel about relying on it each night so we ended up holding off on using it until my baby was about 3-months old. Once we transitioned him to the crib however I began feeling worried that I would miss something during the night so having the smart sock provided us with reassurance and took some of that anxiety away.

I can now sleep in peace and let my daughter sleep without pestering her with the Owlet. This product was easy to set up and is easy to use. The sock does not bother my daughter and it works beautifully. We have had no issues with the Owlet, we love this product!
