This is the WORST phone company I have ever dealt with- there is no communication whatsoever and every one that I have spoken with gives the same run around answer. Do NOT waste your time with them.
I bought this iPhone to upgrade from my last phone and it’s great thus far. I’m still navigating through my phone and learning it, however, it’s great thus far.
iPhone17 pro max came with bugs in the software. The car play feature does not work all the time it will not connect. I’ve never known the USB C to be one directional when I plug it into my car. I’m using the cable that came with the phone. I took it to the Apple Store and they could not fix it. I know it’s the phone cause I’ve tried other iPhones and they worked. I’ve heard other people have the same issue.
