I have no issues with the phone itself. However I did not appreciate no getting a trade-in credit for my iphone 12. You have to upgrade your plan and I had already spent enough money on the phone - not going to spend more

Lots of problems that need to be fixed. I really wanna go back to my 16 Pro Max webpages don’t open if you have more than five instances of other pages open in the background you have to clear those pages before Google will open… That’s ridiculous. I used to have 20 pages open and Google would still open in the 16..
The camera is wonderful during daylight hours, but at night it doesn’t see a thing and it can’t stay in focus at all! With my 16 Pro Max, I would take pictures of the Milky Way crystal clear beautiful… This thing couldn’t see a candle 5 feet away. They need to enhance that.!!!
I am a professional photographer and I know how to set the camera and it is still pretty much useless in low light situations… The 16 was a champ in low light situations. I’m going to hold onto the 17 a little while longer in the hopes that they can fix some of these issues with software upgrades, I am going to the Apple Store to voice these complaints in person
