You all keep messaging me about a review but I can’t review a product you all refuse to give me. I’ve been to an actual store 3 times and called sales over the phone and cannot understand how you all “cannot verify my identity” with all the necessary information provided! It’s ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to go to another carrier just because you all don’t want to accept my identity! And the sad part is no one can tell me why! Please do better!
I feel like the iPhone 17 Pro Max is much slower than what I traded in, an iPhone 14 Pro Max. Also, I don’t feel like the battery like is any better like it’s projected. I also don’t like the new update but that’s on any iPhone right now. The iPhone 17 Pro Max just seems to “buffer” and it can sometimes take a few seconds before anything happens after touching something on the screen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This phone has been a dissappointment so far. It freezes a lot and show incomplete display on the screen. Sometimes, the keyboard freeze on the screen when testing . Is SLOW. It performance is worse than my iphone 14 Pro Max. I do not like and I will not recommend it

If your screen is freezing: -Start with a force restart by quickly pressing and releasing Volume Up, then Volume Down, then hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears. -Update your phone to the latest iOS version available. -Check your storage. Sometimes phones freeze when storage is nearly full. -Identify problematic apps. If freezes happen while using a specific app, try reinstalling or updating that app. -Reset settings: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset All Settings. This won’t delete your data but resets system preferences.
