Great phone. Consistent with Apple products and environment with the enhancements. Disappointed with the service available at the local store though. They basically said I would be better off going through the website and doing everything on my own. They said their ability to provide support for upgrading to new phones was limited at best and it would be quicker to use the website. I'm not sure what there purpose is, if you can't walk-in and get an upgrade.
