It’s nice looking but always loses service randomly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We’re pleased that you think the iPhone 17 Pro Max looks nice. We also value your honesty that it feels “just okay,” as feedback like yours helps us understand how we can improve and continue providing great products. Regarding the device losing service randomly we are here to troubleshoot and check what we can do to get a fix for the service connection or you can also consider reaching out to Apple support as they can run a diagnostic on the device and check if the issue is related to the hardware or software.
In the meantime, you can try these steps to see if it helps with the service issue:
1.Restart your iPhone: This can help reconnect your device to the carrier and fix the 'No Service' issue.
2.Check your network settings: Ensure that your carrier's coverage is available in your area and that your SIM card is activated and properly set up.
3.Toggle Airplane Mode: Turn on Airplane Mode for at least 15 seconds, then turn it off to reset your connection.
4.Contact your carrier: If the problem persists, contact your carrier to check for local outages or issues with your service plan.

Thanks for letting us know about this issue, Sierra.
We understand how annoying it can get when iCloud keeps signing out. This is also extremely inconvenient, and we're sorry you're going to through this.
Here are some helpful things that you can try:
-Make sure your software is up to date: iCloud sign‑in bugs often get fixed in updates. Go to Settings → General → Software Update and install anything pending. -Make sure your Apple ID password hasn’t recently changed: If you updated your password on another device, your iPhone or iPad may repeatedly sign out until you enter the new one everywhere. -Make sure two‑factor authentication is working: If Apple can’t verify your identity, it may sign you out. Check that your trusted phone number and devices are up to date under Settings → Your Name → Password & Security. -Sign out of iCloud manually, then sign back in: Sometimes a clean re‑login fixes the loop. Settings → Your Name → Sign Out, then sign back in.
If nothing of this works, we recommend contacting Apple Support so they can help you from their side.
Thank for being part of our community! We hope Apple can resolve this quickly for you.
