Hi, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the video playback issues and green streaking—that’s not expected behavior. its weird that with the newest technology, I experience the worst cell coverage I have ever had. I cannot make calls or access the internet unless I am connected to WiFi. It is quite ridiculous that I live in a very populated urban area and not some rural town and have this awful of service.

We appreciate you taking the time to review your iPhone 17 Pro Max. We understand how frustrating it can be when a device shows wear sooner than expected. A durable case and screen protector are strongly recommended for this model to help reduce chips and scratches during everyday use. If you’d like, we can check your device and go over protection or repair options that may help.

For CarPlay: -Settings → General → CarPlay Select your car → Forget This Car Re‑pair from scratch
For the screen glitch: -A force restart is often helpful; press and release Volume Up, then Volume Down, and hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears. -Make sure your device is updated to the latest iOS version, since updates often fix performance issues. -It’s also worth checking your storage, as low space can cause freezing. -If the problem happens in a specific app, try reinstalling or updating it. You can also reset your settings by going to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset All Settings, which keeps your data but refreshes your system preferences.
If none of these steps help, reaching out to Apple may be the best next move. Your device comes with a one‑year limited warranty, and Apple can assist with repair options, exchanges, or further troubleshooting.
