This is definitely not the experience we want for you. Sometimes these issue can occur due to recent updates or system conflicts. Rest- assure we are here to address and guide you through steps that may help reduce freezing and improve performance so that you can explore and have a seamless experience with your device.

Here are few steps you can try from your end and see if it makes any changes:

1.Force restart your iPhone: Quick key sequence – press and release the volume up button, press and release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears. This often resolves temporary system freezes without affecting data 
2.Update iOS and apps: Go to Settings > General > Software Update to ensure you have the latest iOS version. Update all apps through the App Store to improve compatibility 
3.Manage apps and storage: Delete problematic apps and reinstall them. Free up storage by removing unused apps, clearing cache, or transferring large files to iCloud 
4.Reset settings: If camera or system glitches persist, performing Reset All Settings can help, but it keeps personal data intact 
5.Check iCloud and media settings: Disabling or reorganizing iCloud Photos and other syncing features may prevent freezing in photo or video apps .
6.Contact Apple support: For unresolved issues, Apple Support or a Genius Bar visit is recommended, especially if the problem might be hardware-related
