After having the IPhone 14 Pro Max, the 17 Pro Max has a lot of bells and whistles. First off no more lightening charger! That was such a hassle since every other electronic device I have is USB C. The camera is amazing with no adjustments to lighting whatsoever. Took a picture with low lighting and it came out like a picture in broad daylight. The side button for taking pictures is fun and I am getting use to it. I like the longer battery that enables me to use it on flights longer than 6 hours of use. I also noticed how much faster the processor is compared to the 14. I was due for an upgrade and I’m glad I did!

I had the iPhone 14 Pro Max before switching to the 17 pro max. I think I should have stayed with the 14. I like the phone don’t get me wrong but it has a lot of kinks to work out. The CarPlay issue is a big one, looks like an update will be coming out to fix that hopefully. I feel the camera itself is amazing but the large piece in the back of the phone makes it even more difficult to hold or put in your pocket. all in all decent phone but not worth the upgrade.
