The phone is nice size and weight. Very similar to the 13 pro max which I had prior to trading in. So far I like the quality. The battery is good, pictures, etc. Honestly I am not much of a critic since I don’t use my phone like others do.
It freezes entirely too long and I haven’t had it that long. So far, this is the worst Iphone I’ve owned, and there have been many!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey there, we appreciate you sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear that you have been experiencing long freezing times especially with a device you've recently purchase which must have been frustrating. We truly understand how disappointing it is when a product doesn't meet your expectations, given that you never had the same issue with other devices. We are here to help you identify the issue and troubleshoot or we can also help explore options. Feel free to reach out to us, we are here to help.
Here are also few troubleshooting steps to try from your end and check if it makes any changes:
Force Quit Problematic Apps: If a particular app is causing the freezing: Swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen and pause near the middle. Swipe left or right to locate the unresponsive app. Swipe up on the app to close it. Reinstall the app by pressing and holding its icon, selecting Remove App > Delete App > Delete, then download a fresh copy from the App Store 2.Force Restart Your iPhone: A force restart can resolve complete screen freezes without erasing data: Press and quickly release the volume up button. Press and quickly release the volume down button. Press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears 3.Update or Reinstall iOS: If freezing persists or the iPhone doesn't boot properly: Connect your iPhone to a computer and open iTunes or Finder. Enter recovery mode: press volume up, then volume down, then hold the side button until the recovery screen appears. On your computer, choose Update to reinstall iOS without deleting apps or data. If updating fails, select Restore to reset the device to factory settings (this erases all data). After restoring, ensure iOS and security updates are installed, and free up at least 1GB of storage to prevent performance issues 4.Charge the Device: If your iPhone does not respond: Connect it to a direct power adapter (avoid wireless charging or using a computer USB port). Let it charge for at least one hour, then try using the device again
