This product has the best quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV to watch Netflix, Hulu, and movies on Disney plus. My husband uses this TV to stream his games and too watch YouTube alot of times. The best features on this TV is the guides and the source buttons. Also we can cast from our phones to our TV.

Awesome TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I were to design the perfect TV, this would be it. Bridging the gap between art and technology, it literally becomes art on your wall. Picture's great over the Ir and streaming. If I had a wish, it would run Android instead of a custom UI so it would be more user customizable- my only gripe. That said, there's nothing else like it out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion. First, I was completely skeptical about a tv that’s made to handle the outdoor elements while providing a quality experience. After initial set up of a slightly heavier tv than an indoor tv, which is expected due to the build requirement to handle outdoor weather, it was quickly apparent that Samsung developed a quality product and removed any skepticism I had. After trying various tv feeds, the tv looked GREAT. I don’t have mine set up in direct sunlight but it’s not in complete shade either. The bright background was barely noticeable due to the brightness and clarity of the QLED and when I turned on a 4K feed, it wasn’t noticed at all. This tv will be the family favorite since it allows us to enjoy the outdoors while watching our favorite shows. Since the elements in Colorado can sometimes be more than average due to elevation, we do intend to purchase a tv cover to use while it’s not in use.

The Samsung Terrace television and soundbar are welcome additions to my patio. I was skeptical that the TV could handle the elements and lighting outdoors, but I have quickly learned this thing is GREAT! The TV is built really well to handle the reflections of the outdoors with the design of the screen with the anti-glare and also providing a very bright picture. At this point we have mainly watched sports with the NFL and college football just starting up. I have not noticed any blur or jitters like some indoor televisions often experience. The picture quality is smooth and vibrant.
All in all, I would highly recommend the Samsung Terrace tv and soundbar to anyone looking to kick up their outdoor entertaining experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am quite impressed with my Terrace 75" TV. The color is quite bright and perfect for outdoor use. The model I have is for partial sunlight and does well when not in full sunlight. It has a great picture! One thing that is challenging is the Samsung interface and the SmartThings app. It is very clunky and takes some time to respond, if it does respond. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the issues you are experiencing with response time, as well as your SmartThings app. If your TV status is stuck in a particular state or does not respond to an action in your SmartThings app, you might want to try the following steps:

- Refresh the device using the SmartThings app. From the Devices tab, swipe down to refresh the device list.
- Delete and re-add the device on the SmartThings app.

You may also want to optimize the Smart TV performance and address your issue with response time with the self-diagnostic tool. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV set even though I do not have one right now. One of my friend has this TV and I just can't stop messing with it. For somebody that live on their cell phone this is the best companion to have. I watch a lot of movies on my phone through various app. And this work very well with them. I am planning on getting one of those this December. Just imagine everything you do on your phone oh, and being able to share it with people that come around very easily. I could share photos with everybody from vacation time. If you are saving information for work on your phone and make it very easy for you to show it to other people. Oh and for those who love playing games, your phone become there controller and you could plead directly on the TV. There are some apps that you cannot download to your TV but you could have it on your phone, having this TV you could use those apps on the regular TV screen. The fact that the scream will rotate he's one of the best feature in there. If you are just watching something on YouTube for example and then you switch to Tik Tok this cream will adjust itself to match what's on your screen best feature ever. And you do not take a lot of room.
