You have more realistic images, like in the movies.
Leave behind the fear of the burned-out effect of the screen.
Greater comfort to navigate with a single remote control.

great tv...but...

i love this tv, its the third samsung i own and they keep getting better! minus i star because of the fact that they must have listened to the complaints about the wall mount difficulty, because the model i received was totally different than all the how to videos on the internet (there are many) and the typical wordless/ picture only instructions are accompanied by a paper template. before i tackle the job i wish samsung had posted an online updated instruction video, or at least an updated written verson to accompany this change as it does not look too sturdy
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pt 1: overall great, have realistic expecations

somehow this review is limited to 800 characters. this is pt. 1. so far, and it's only been 2 days, this tv is really good., but i'll try to help the community that may be evaluating it.
i have the 65 inch version. the screen faces east for me and is under about a 8 foot overhang with slats on the northside (so partial shade, and open on the south side. for the most part there is no or limited glare in the 2-4pm time frame as of june in chicago. you can squint and see some but the picture is bright enough that you really have to pay attention to it to notice. once the sun is farther down, it's really as sharp as our indoor tvs. and at night, it's jaw dropping. more info in pic

Expensive TV, Cheap Mount

for this expensive of a tv, i had high expectations. seeing the 2020 no-gap mount, i was expecting the same (or better) from the 2021 version, but that isn't the case. the new mount no longer mentions "no-gap" and is poorly designed. it doesn't have cutouts in the back of the tv for the mount to fit into. it's easy enough to calculate where to place the mount based on the chart provided, but there are no drywall anchors included (only concrete). this meant a trip to the store to buy my own toggle bolts. i don't know who decided to change the design, but i'm disappointed.
i'm sure the automated reply will link a youtube video, but watch it and you'll see at 1:48 the noticeable gap behind the tv.
i am contemplating returning the tv for the 2020 model strictly for better mount.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not what I was expecting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So my mother had got a new tv and asked if I would like to have hers. Well how could I say no it was pretty much new. She said the only thing wrong with it was it wasnt loud enough for her. So I took it home and plugged it in and tried to watch it Ithe volume was all the way on 0 so i cut it up and at 14 it was already blowing me away. I cut it all the way up and i knew their was Noway she had the volume up I told her the next day to find out she had the remote upside down like she did her new tv and said it wasnt loud enough. I use it to watch Netflix and chill and it's great for fortnight
