The Frame

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not like the free channels because there were no parental controls included. I was able to remove the free channels, so I chose to keep the tv. If not for that option, I would have returned the tv. My favorite feature is the option to view the tv with artwork on it.

Thank you for your review of the 2021 Frame TV. Using the Program Rating Lock function can be useful for controlling what programs children can watch on the TV based on their ratings. This does not block programs originating from external sources such as Blu-ray players, DVD players, or USB files.

Go to: Settings > Broadcasting > Program Rating Lock Settings

Every time you access Program Rating Lock Settings, you just enter the security PIN. You must also enter this PIN to watch a blocked program. The default PIN in “0000”. To change the PIN, go to Settings > General > System Manager > Change PIN.

Amazing picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the frame tv to replace our old tv.I can’t even begin to describe the difference. The picture is so clear and lifelike that I almost feel like I am inside it, 3D like. The setup was easy, the Home Screen is so intuitive to use that my 4.5yo has already mastered it. Adding apps was simple too. I have yet to explore all the tv has to offer including the picture set up when the tv is off so can’t speak to that of yet. I also can’t speak of the wall mount since we will be moving soon and will wait to mount at the new apartment. Overall worth every penny. It is a gorgeous tv.

Glorious TVs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three Frame TVs, a 55'', 65'', and 32'' and will probably buy another for the guest room and one for the workout studio. These are, by far, the best TVs I've ever seen. They are bright and clear, the sound on the larger units is shockingly good, the interface is easy to use and very responsive. (It's easy to move between Netflix, HBO max, Apple TV, Amazon video, etc.). They also look great. The tv fades into the room and is no longer an eyesore.
One disappointment: the 32'' version comes with a much thinker one connect cable than the larger TVs, which can't easily be hidden or made discreet. So it works much less well on the wall unless you add an outlet behind the TV itself.

Fantastic

We also love the single silver cable that keeps the tv looking neat and fresh.

Just what we wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered a 43 inch Frame TV to put above the fireplace in the kitchen. We did not want it to stick out from the wall. This TV it sits flat and when not in use you can have artwork instead of a blank screen. The picture quality is nice and the features are excellent. It does everything that we wanted. Samsung makes great quality products.

Nice style and panel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to use in my bedroom as a secondary TV and also as a product that looks good and fits the aesthetics.
I'm happy to say that the TV performs on all of those levels. It looks good and not out of place as it sits in the middle of the bedroom. The TV functions just as I need to as well, as the smart functions work well. Time will tell if the processor can keep up and not slow down, but I'll have to continue using it to see.

Works great and can move around the house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the TV, initially had issues connecting to wifi every time the Sero is turned on. I had to reset the network and then factory reset resolved the issue.
Also if there was a way to keep the Sero in landscape mode when it is turned off, that would be nice. I mostly use it in Landscape mode and every time I turn on and off I have to change it to landscape mode manually which I feel is an essential feature.
In future larger size TVs in Sero might be nice to introduce and many people will like this

Love the TV

We are not the most tech savvy, but love the picture and sound quality as well as the available picture galleries. We also bought a white frame for the TV and it matches our living room decor perfectly. Have had for almost 6 months, no issues at all, love it.
