[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like the remote, but home screen to the TV, and how it can't connect to other phones that are not Samsung. My friend has a Vizio and it looks very nice and makes my TV look very cheap...

The sound is incredible and so is picture quality for milenials this is a great way to share content from online platform. My only complaint is that it should have an integrated camera for doing meetings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got The Frame TV because of the beautiful aesthetics of the TV itself. To our surprise, it’s amazing colors and deep blacks are stunning. The Frame TV is a great centerpiece for our living area. We have art displayed when the TV is not being used to watch our shows. It fits perfectly to our minimalist/modern lifestyle.

This TV is ok and over priced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tap view option that is highly advertised never worked. A technician even came out to fix it and never could. We tried it with two of the latest Samsung phones and it didn't work. I ended up keeping it because it fit my bedroom nicely but not as impressive as advertised.

Thank you for your review of Samsung’s unique Sero TV and for sharing your experience using Tap View. By tapping the mobile device on your TV, you can watch mobile device's screen through the TV screen. In order to use screen mirroring, you will need to set up the Tap view feature on your phone and TV. You’ll also need to use the SmartThings app on your phone. Tap view is compatible with Galaxy devices running Android 8.1 or higher, and version 5.1 in the SmartThings app.
1) On your phone, navigate to and open the SmartThings app, and then tap the Menu icon (the three horizontal lines).
2) Tap Settings, and then swipe to Tap view. Tap the switch to turn it on.
3) Simply tap the back of your phone against your TV to mirror your phone’s screen.
Make sure to tap gently so you don’t accidentally damage the devices and avoid tapping your device on the corner of the TV or directly on the TV’s screen. You can add a protective case to your phone for extra security if needed. For best results, you should tap on the top or side of your TV. If you’re listening to music or watching a movie on your phone, you can tap it against the TV again to switch the playback as well.

Amazing TV

You can workout, serif ;) the web, play games, download apps, and or enjoy having it on a scenery screen for relaxing. I did a lot of research before purchasing another smart TV looking for the most secure product for personal information since there are little to zero USA made TV's.
