Do not put the tv very close to each other.

I have a number of Fram TV and new out ofthe box each will display the same image differently, Color , brightness hue etc. Hours of trying to get the image to match as close to possible but still not satified with image matching.
Also, remotes should be programable to a specific TV, but they do not .

A sub-par TV for the price

when it's up on your wall and going through art, it looks fantastic - it really does.
however it has numerous issues that shouldn't be seen in a tv for this price.
1. doesn't lay totally flat against the wall - the top part tends to hang off slightly more than the rest of the tv, it's not fully flush.

2. it has pretty bad backlight bleeding.
3. internet issues - the wifi will completely drop for no apparent reason. when attempting to reconnect, it will say "incorrect password" even though it mostly certainly is not the wrong password. you need to literally unplug the tv and plug it back in for it to reconnect.
4. laggy / poor ui - it will sometimes get bogged down and unresponsive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Art Store behind the times.

the quality of the sound and picture are great. i have a problem with the "art store" functionality.
1-you can only have 1 "favorite" account. think pandora, napster, or any music streaming service. you can set up multiple playlists, and the "favorites" is in reality nothing more than a playlist.
2- the user functionality is less than smooth.

i am somewhat of a died in the wool samsung kinda guy and expected more from samsung

i love the concept of this tv. it has a great picture and looks nice and flat up on the wall. xbox x games look great. however, i'm running the latest firmware: 1904 and i have hdmi arc out to my onkyo home theater receiver, i'm sad to say that the audio randomly goes out for a few seconds and then pops back on. this occurs regardless of the source, samsung tv, netflix, xbox x in game hdmi port. i search and apparently others have complained of the same issue. i really wished samsung would fix this issue. i would give it 5 stars if not for this annoying issue.

Nice TV when it works

bought the 50" frame and have had it less than a week. it's a nice tv- when it works. ours constantly turns on and off by itself while in the middle of watching something. samsung is sending someone to come fix it, but for an expensive tv that is brand new, seems like it shouldn't need to be fixed. i'm worried that we're going to be stuck with a lemon that will continually need fixing, which won't always be free of charge.

I hate seeing this “nearly invisible” cord!

arrg! i love this tv so much but i cant stand seeing this “nearly invisible” cord hanging under the tv. i almost returned it but im hoping eventually to find a solution. i bought this tv more for the art look then tv. how many pieces of art have a power cord? i have been told i cant run the one connect cord through the wall because it is not fire rated. and now learn samsung does not even sell a fire rated cord yet. so disappointing! samsung please fix this! what are my options!

i have paired my tv with samsung q800a soundbar and it works perfectly well. one thing to note here is that this tv does not support q-symphony you cant really get the tv+soundbar through earc however tv+soundbar works for me on wifi mode. having said that you would not be able to enjoy dolby atmos, dolby digital plus audio formats using wifi.

the frame does not support dolby vision or dts:x which is a big drawback. even samsung q series soundbars support dolby vision passthrough and dts:x audio.

Great outdoor tv

ultra bright and easy to see in the sun. made a great addition to my backyard. sound could have been a little better but i guess that’s why they want you to buy the sound bar. for this price it should have been better. i ended up hooking it up to my sonance mag 6.1 surround sound system outside via hdmi arc port and it’s amazing now. just wish it wasn’t so heavy because there aren’t many outdoor tv mounts on the market to hold something this big and heavy. maybe samsung could come out with their own mount for it. also wish it had some sort of security latch on it to make it harder for someone to steal. i ended up finding an aftermarket wire cable that screws into the vesa mount to help secure it. other than that i wouldn’t change a thing. but let’s see how long it lasts outside.
