i'm using this on a covered porch in northern illinois. it is mounted above the countertop of an outdoor kitchen and does not get any full sun. it is protected from precipitation unless there is severe wind. this tv probably has the best picture of any tv we own (65" lg & samsung, 74" sony; all 4k), even on very bright days. the sound is good from the built-in speakers too, although i have it hooked up to a 2 channel receiver. i really couldn't be happier.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Clean and crisp images

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I solely use this with streaming services and love the Samsung TV interface. It overlaps excellently with programs like Hulu, Netflix, and Prime Video. Excellent 4K video with clean and crisp images throughout the day and night. Planned to get a sound bar as well but the Terrace has very good sound quality capable of being easily heard around our entire backyard. Favorite feature is the Samsung/Android ecosystem overlap for easy content sharing with my Tab S7 and any Samsung phones.

Terrace is great but need more speakers

i love my 55" terrace and terrace soundbar. the picture and sound quality with the combination of the two is great! we use it daily throughout the summer. however, i have two seats about 25 ft away from the tv and soundbar. is there a wireless satellite speaker option that i can use with the tv and soundbar to get more sound to the farthest seats? i can turn up the volume, but then it is too loud for those sitting closest.

Amazing outdoor viewing

we just purchased the full sun terrace 3 weeks ago and we couldn't be more pleased with the performance. our neighbors across the street can see it clearly. our patio is in full sun until late afternoon and the picture is just as clear as can be. when they came to install the tv we stated we don't want to be disappointed and believe me we are not

Anti - Glare works

this is an expensive tv; however after buying and new tv for the outdoors every few years i'm hoping it will pay for itself. typical samsung 4k image that i like. especially the anti-glare wide viewing angle that works in the bright florida sunshine. the tv is located in a covered patio partial sunlight. the apps work well and over all a very intuitive remote control. so far i'm very satisfied.

we are so happy with the terrace, we enjoy sitting in our patio and watching our favorite sporting events. all of our friends are blown away by the quality of the picture and the brightness of the screen. if you are looking for a great outdoor experience dont forget to add the 200 watt terrace sound bar it’s a must have to complete the outdoor lifestyle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use for watching network and app content. Picture is great. Audio is good with sound bar ONCE you adjust it after each change of content. Samsung remote is too crowded and difficult to use. Some apps do not work well on the TV....probably not TV fault.
