Thank you for choosing The Frame TV and for your review. I'm sorry to hear you are having difficulties installing the MLB app. Please know this app is available to download directly from your TV's built-in App Store.
To access the App Store to download the MLB app, press the Home button to open up the TV's Home screen menu, then use the directional pad to navigate to and select APPS. From here, you can find and download this app.

The picture quality is amazing I could not ask for anything better. The money I spent on this TV was well worth it. And watching football games is almost like I am actually their. My family loves this TV.
