I love how crisp and clear plus how smooth the picture just flows naturally together the colors are super rich and stunningly pleasing. 10 out of 10 all the way across the board for me great job Samsung

Very loud clicking sound

the tv display is perfect however there is a very loud clicking sound that comes from behind the tv. i have had samsung come over and repalce every part un the tv however the issue still exist. they are offering a replacement however i am almost certain it will have the same problem. the clicking sound even happens when the tv is off, it is very very annoying. i do suggest a sony tv instead, the quality from the japanese vs the korean brand definitely shows. dissapointed in you samsung for still selling this product even though people have been complaining.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please know, Samsung TVs use a combination of metal and plastic material. These materials are subject to expansion and contraction due to temperature changes. Occasional creaking, popping, or cracking may be heard.

Screen crack and no recourse to fix

Least offer trade in option or credit or option to replace /repair. But once out warranty ..you out of luck too

Not the best tv

This is an ok tv, easy set up and nice picture but it has a problem with sound every time a tv add comes on the tv losses sound and I have to change chennel to get the sound back, I had this tv for about 3 weeks and it's going away soon
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate you sharing details of the sound issue you’re experiencing on your AU8000 TV. There are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Output.

3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto.

4) Perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.
