Game mode 4K and remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is surprisingly great , Game mode turns automatically on when you switch to the game consol. The image is vivid and clear and the sound is very good. Features of this TV are also great. It supports remote desktop , screen mirroring your phone or PC. Work well with samsung mobile devices (samsung dex) Awesome experience for remote work and study. Incredibly smart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice TV. The picture is excellent and it pairs very nicely with the tone bar I already had. The directions are minimal and nowhere did it give me the size bolts I needed to attach the TV to my wall mount. The remote is functional but minimal as well. There is an accompanying app that will function as a remote allow for faster searching (you can type using your phone keyboard). The only problem is the app asks for a lot of unnecessary personal information. I figure their tracking my every click so I don’t use it.

Great Tv, overall Sound could definitely be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Television as a second display for my desktop Mac, and have been since blown away by crisp, vibrant graphics that illustrate in life-like true tones. The thin design and sleek finishes make the tv look very expensive and modern. I wasn't as impressed with the sound quality. will definitely need to invest in a soundbar to elevate it's performance. The remote is very responsive, and is can behave temperamental. The ai, isn't all that great either. I have another Samsung that's two years older, but much more intuitive. Still a really incredible television. worth every penny and would buy it again, even with the short comings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our TV with Comcast cable. The picture and sound quality are excellent. The TV is very appealing to look at with a narrow bezel. The menus are a little confusing coming from an older 50" model, but are OK after you get used to them.

Excellent picture definition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the picture is spectacular, movie theatre quality. Streaming, sports events, exercise programs. Sound quality is good as well, no need for sound bar.
This is the 3rd Samsung purchase, it was a replacement of an old Samsung, shortly after purchased a smaller 32".
Both televisions have quality picture with affordable price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is nearly the lerfect machine. The colors are vibrant, the sound quality is too nitch. My inly comolaint is that certain apps crash very often, but a wuick exit and re-open and you’re ready to go. 4.5/5 stars!

If your app is freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.

Please also check that your TV is running the latest firmware version (ver1577.3). Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

So happy with my new TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just moved across the country and I really wanted to upgrade my tv. I’ve been using an old Samsung 32” 720p tv for years, so I figured I’d treat myself to something nicer. It’s not OLED, but wow this tv is perfect for me. Great colors, sharpness, good brightness, and easy to set up. Plus, I can finally take advantage of my PS4 Pro and play games in 4k. I dont know how I played games on such a small tv in the past, the 50inch is a real game changer for me. Overall I’m really stoked on this TV, it’s a super great entry level 4k. Only negatives I would say is the menu system is a little laggy and the sound isn’t that great. I also wish HDR content was brighter, but at this price range I’m still happy with the AU8000’s performance.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care

This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware (ver1577.3). You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

There are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences. Change the Sound Mode by going to: Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings

If you are unsatisfied with the default brightness settings, you can customize the brightness level between 0 – 50 to your preference. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Brightness.

You can also try different Picture Modes to see which best fits your needs. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode for the below choices:
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
