explosive color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we watch at night and sometimes use for YouTube music while cleaning the house. The sound system is not the greatest for strong bass but it has been good enough for us. The tv setup was good and easy to do, completed in a few minutes. The TV has lots of features that we do not use but for our limited use it has exceeded expectations and is a great upgrade for the low cost.

The picture comes through with beautiful colors.
The surround sound on my soundbar is so crisp and makes me feel like I'm in a studio when I listen to concerts.

good TV for the Price with excellent features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV was placed on sun porch for sports viewing and streaming. Easy TV setup to get TV operating. Many features for advanced setup are hidden and take a while trying to find them. Automatic sensing is great but you must be aware that it is running in background so many features like Home Theatre are automatically set. When things are not working you must be good detective to find solution.
The remote stick takes a while to figure the hidden features when it comes to streaming. Samsung free Streaming is great with many channels to choose from...all free! All in all I think this is a great little TV....once you get the hang of it a whole new world opens for you.....and I am 83, so if I can do it you can too.

Love the tv but not the remote.

Thank you for choosing the 2021 AU8000 Crystal UHD TV and for sharing your thoughts on the remote.
Please know that many of the buttons on your remote have multiple functions. For example, the Volume button is moved UP/DOWN to adjust volume, and to MUTE the sound, you need to PRESS it in. If that same button is pressed for > than 1 second, the Accessibility Shortcuts appears. Pressing the RETURN button (looks like a curved, backwards facing arrow) returns you to the previous menu, pressing it while watching a program will take you back to the previous channel.
