[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Crystal UHD television is an exceptional addition to anyone's entertainment system. It's crisp and clear picture gives the kind of detail that really impresses when I play the 4k video made by my fpv drone. It's breathtaking! The Features are numerous and extremely helpful. Such as the ability to just push the microphone button and ask any questions you can think of. The built-in Alexa app or Google assistant will answer any trivia question, tell you a joke or time of day, or open any app that you have downloaded from the huge choice of apps at your fingertips. Also, the device comes with Samsung television built-in also. So that simply using my wifi connection, I have access to dozens of television stations from news and sports to music and all my favorite shows. Combined with the ability to work seamlessly with my xbox the Samsung Crystal UHD television also come with all my favorite apps such as YouTube and Netflix as well as Amazon Prime Video and VUDU. This has been a welcomed addition to my entertainment center and the only reason I can see replacing it is to get a bigger one and move this one into the bedroom.

Excellent image

Thank you for choosing the 2021 AU8000 Crystal UHD TV and for your review. There are several volume features you can enable/disable/adjust to your liking.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input.
2) Adaptive Volume automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
Also, some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable connection again.

Fantastic Picture but not so smart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture was unbelievably good for the price I paid. Blacks were completely black with no digitization whatsoever. The fore-picture is so sharp it jumps out at you as though it were 3D. Setup was easy and Wi-Fi pickup excellent. The reason for the 4-star rating is Samsung's Tizen smart system is not nearly as user friendly as the Roku sets I have used in the past. If you don't already know Tizen, it will be a while before you are proficient with it.

Got me thinking about cutting the cable cord
