The TV name says it all- crystal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV is located in family room and is used for general viewing of news, sports and movies thru various streaming services (Prime, Hulu, Netflix). The picture quality is phenomenal and the crystal nomenclature accurately describes what you get. The TV also possesses many outstanding user friendly features and is easy to setup and use. Samsung quality, as always.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off the TV was super easy to hookup. The menu system guided you through everything. The picture quality is stunning, I can easily see the difference between this TV and my old Samsung.
Speakers do seem a little weak on the TV which means I will just have to get a sound bar. Besides that it seems like a great TV kind of wish I got the 65 inch instead of the 55 but I like being married :-)

Thank you for choosing the 2021 AU8000 Crystal UHD TV and for your review. There are several volume features you can enable/disable/adjust to your liking.

1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input.

2) Adaptive Volume automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source.

3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

Also, some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable connection again.

What ever I plug in it works perfectly and I also nice sound bar with the 10” subwoofer if you like the movies and the sound. I feel like I’m in a movie and plug in your iPhone the sound I amazing you play with me highs a lows worth every penny. I’m old I’m 52 I need my Nephew to come and show me how some of the cooler stuff it a family project thank you Samsung X2…

Good picture. Mediocre software

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my tv for tv , Netflix, and gaming. The picture is great! I am disappointed in the Google assistant integration. The Google assistant on my phone and Google home can only turn the TV on and change the volume. The Google assistant on the remote never seems to load. Roku and Chromecast have a much better experience in that department and have way more features. Also Samsung TV + rarely ever loads. But overall , good picture for the price.
