Good product for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moved to a new apartment so needed a new TV for my gaming consoles. I've never owned a 4K/UHD screen before so this upgrade is honestly pretty awesome. I personally don't care about the new flashy features of the QLED/OLED stuff so this product fits my needs with a good price. To be honest I was a little worried about the product showing up damaged due to shipping as I've read a couple reviews about this, but the TV showed up flawless and I'm honestly very happy. Will recommend.

Thank you for choosing the 2021 AU8000 Crystal UHD TV and for your review. There are several volume features you can enable/disable/adjust to your liking.

1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input.

2) Adaptive Volume automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source.

3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

Also, some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable connection again.

The tv has an amazing picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this tv for gaming and movies mostly. It automatically switches when I activate my PlayStation and even adjusts the video settings. So far it has been amazing to see the PS5 graphics quality first hand.

Beautiful Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the TV. I am a fan of the interface, the screen layout, and particularly, the navigation between modes, menus and apps. Further, and the main reason I love the TV is the picture. It is beautiful. The colors really stand out. The sound is crap, but it is so easy to rate this five stars, because the things I love are done so well they make this a mute point. I would buy this TV again and again! I love it, and the value you get for price...... I've may have mentioned this before, I love my TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we had a 1994 Sony 40" for years and thought that was pretty good,since we only watch tv on it. been wanting to upgrade after seeing everybody else tv's. having seen the quality and screen display on friends tv's. knew it was time to upgrade. love the size and picture display and the built in apps.

Quick,Easy&Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arrived 2 days after ordering and had it up and running in about 20 min. Super clear picture, almost 3D picture without being a 3D set. We have Sat. TV for our provider and it walked me through the setup of connecting and cloning the Sat. remote for use with no problems. It really is a SMART TV!
The sound is a little tinney sounding at first but you can go into the TV menu and select an audio option that's good for you.
It has a lot of built in apps to chose from, including many free ones, along with internet searchability. Very happy so far!
