there are so many apps built into this thing and its not possible to remove most of them (guessing they get paid to include). its extremely difficult to set up a simple antenna (for local sports) because they are pushing samsung tv so hard. everything is tracked. multilple privacy acknowledgements required. makes me long for a 32” old school tv. once again, we, the consumers, are truly the product and all our info is being sold. there are all sorts of pop-ups and misdirections to try to get you to pay for sponsored content. you think this tv is cheap? ‘we’, the consumers are cheap. i will not buy another samsung, maybe everything else is the same, i’ll risk it

Tv has everything we need

It's easy to screen mirror with our Samsung phones and windows laptops.
Great product, we currently own 3 of them in different sizes.

i love the tv, very clear picture. i gave it 4 stars because the remote sucks. it is very hard to use. less buttons does not make it a better remote. getting back to the home screen on prime or netflix is a nightmare. the screen shows a view of what you are watching and the different apps and it takes 3-4 tries to get back to the movie list. very poor design.

A Struggle for the average person

the average person who is not a tech genius will struggle with setting this tv up, especially if it is used without cable or ai. the expectation when you turn it on is that it is connected to a cable, satelite or internet. if it is not, then it is impossible to set the tv up.

From there, you can select the AU8000 TV under Crystal UHD TVs > A Model Lineup to download the guides you would like.

Beautiful Picture but HORRIBLE sound!

i loved the beautiful picture on this television, but after 10 days of torture to my ears, i returned it. the sound was literally painful to listen to, and the equalized had no effect on the tinny tone! i shopped for a sound bar, but didn't want to spend anymore money! samsung really disappointed me!
