Love it ....... except

I love all the features, only problem we have run into sometimes the app being used just stops and the TV goes back to the home screen.

Your feedback regarding the app performance is important to us and will be shared with the product team.
Please be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
Select Settings- Support- Software Update, then select Auto Update.
Additionally, to optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.
This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

Crystal clear tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv has excellent picture quality and feels like you are at the cinema. Samsung tv was a wonderful added perk that I was not aware of. It’s nice having regular tv channels for free. Furthermore, the voice control and streaming apps built in is a game changer. No need to buy additional equipment. The speakers are more than adequate which is not typical for flat screen TVs.

Excellent TV for the bedroom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The more I use this TV the more I love it I have plans on purchasing a second Samsung 43 inch but I think I’m going to step up to the frame I love the features Samsung offers and I cannot express enough to everyone out there Samsung is the best bang for your buck I have 14 registered Samsung products please take the time investigate the Samsung line of products and you will see you are going to get a wonderful product thank you Samsung
