Beautiful picture quality !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the picture quality which is probably the most important feature to like or dislike. However the sound quality Peters out at higher volumes. The speakers tend to vibrate at the higher volumes. Also I have found a mystery that possibly involves memory in that it will not keep Internet based streaming apps that I want to use anytime and every time I want to use a different one. In example; one day Youtube will be available for me to select and stream, The next day it will not engage. I then have to unplug the TV wait 30 seconds and replug the TV this usually fixes it. However in so doing I will lose Netflix! Or the next time it could be my prime TV...It is very disturbing that I have to do this so often with my Samsung And yet I never have to do this with my LG TV. I would hope that someday there could be an upload to fix this problem on my TV. Other than that all my devices are Samsung My favorite. My wife has an Apple smartphone that I have sometimes been able to fix for her Using my Samsung smartphone To the rescue!!

Your feedback regarding the audio quality and streaming apps is important to us and will be shared with the product team.

There are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences.

Change the Sound Mode by going to: Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings

Regarding the app performance, please be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
Select Settings- Support- Software Update, then select Auto Update.

Additionally, to optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.

This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

Love it ....... except

I love all the features, only problem we have run into sometimes the app being used just stops and the TV goes back to the home screen.
