Decent price, good features with tiny issue.

I really loves all the features this TV has. Easy to use, many useful and good tv application, great pictures, but there is only one issue.
This TV has little delaying issue, especially when you turn it on. Just like your Desktop Computer. It does have lag. Sometime i need to turn off and on 2-3 times to reboot this TV. (This is my first smart TV, and i’m not sure the other smart tv has this kind of issue maybe or maybe not).
Other than this lagging, i really enjoy with Au8000 TV. Decent price, light weight, great pictures, many other useful app.
I highly recommend and really satisfying with Samsung AU8000 65’.

Thank you for your review of the AU8000 TV and sharing your experience with the delay issue on startup.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care

This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

Should you need further assistance, please contact Samsung Customer Support at:

1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM -12AM EST, 7 days a week. Or text HELP to 62913.

Good value for money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is very good quality,nice and sleek design,desirable features and useful like Bluetooth connectivity to use your earbuds and the pictures clarity’s outstanding No drawback apart from the fact that it’s getting very hot after couple hours of use compared with other models I have like Qled but overall I have very pleasant experience Highly recommend as a good product and good value for money

Wow. What a difference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to update to a newer model Samsung. My other was 5 years old and was still working well, but the new one has features and clarity far beyond my older Samsung.
Picture is superior and the voice remote that controls both TV and Cable Box is a great plus.
I haven't regretted this purchase at all. Worth every penny.

Sometimes connected Smart devices send abnormal "power on" signals through the wireless network that triggers the TV to turn itself on.
If you do not want this function, navigate to Settings > General > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile, and turn the setting off.
