Terrible reliability

I should have spent more and bought an LG.
Purchased this TV October 2021. Within a year, little lines started showing up. I let it go because it wasn't totally bothering me. But now, I can't even get my TV to stay on. It develops a large black spot as if the picture is melting, then it turns off. It will turn itself back on and be okay, then about 20-30 seconds later it will develop the melting picture again and turn off. It will continue to cycle like this.
I have video to show what it does, but am not able to attach it for some reason to this review.
Samsung, the only way you can make this right is to replace this TV with the same or better model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible Television

Owned this TV for only two years and it quit working tonight. My family was watching a movie, and it just shut down and will not turn back on. It was horribly slow, and we never really liked it to begin with. Our replacement TV will be a Sony.

AVOID SAMSUNG. Used to always buy from them. Purchased new 50” from base in 2022. Worked well up until today. Randomly stopped working. The red status light flashes twice, which apparently means the LCD went out. TV was never bumped or damaged. Coincidentally past the 12 month warranty. Highly disappointing for a company that advertises themselves as a quality brand. Apparently this is a common issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this TV 2 years ago. It’s dead now. The LED went out on the right side and then the bottom of the TV started to glow white. Within a day the bottom of the TV was hot — hot enough to feel like it shouldn’t be plugged in anymore.

1 1/2 years…. TV is a paperweight!

1 1/2 years and my 75 inch TV is a paper weight. Won’t power on… replaced power board… still nothing. What a piece of absolute garbage. We have an old tv that is 15 years old… still works fine. Great job making hit or miss products with short lifespans. Got hosed on your appliances and now a TV. I won’t make that mistake again.
