Business..Religious events..Wonderful as if we was there in person.Movies at home become a very nice family event..FAMILY NIGHT..LOL..this with popcorn..is just as if we was at the movie cinema..All I can say is WOW..and Thankyou..for the Wonderful Samsung.....

Great upgraded model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with the new software, remote & better wifi connection. Thus model is super thin. I love it. Great 4k quality on screen. New remote is smooth and works fast. ( Like it better than my firetv) wifi connection is solid. Easy to set up all my apps. Love the Samsung free channels included with TV. :)

Remore control is a joke

this tv was used in a bedroom and the remote doesn't have any back lighting.. and everything is via a very small "circular mouse".. trying to set the "sleep timer" is very difficult without turning on a room light. the remote was not something that i considered nor remember having a option to see the remote before buying the tv
I would recommend this to a friend!

Many of the buttons on your remote have multiple functions. For example, the Volume button is moved UP/DOWN to adjust volume, and to MUTE the sound, you need to PRESS it in. If that same button is pressed for > than 1 second, the Accessibility Shortcuts appears.
To learn more about the remote and its additional functions, check out pages 24 - 26 in the user manual.
