The TV is great except for sound. I have to continuously change the sound depending on what station I watching or if I’m streaming. Never had that problem with my previous TV.
I would recommend this to a friend!

DYNAMIC 1000% love this TV I have a couple different tv's in our home and this ny far is my FAVORITE my son bought this for me for my birthday and I couldn't be happier! The remote is so easy and sleek The quality is UNREAL I cannot say enough about this tv!

I like the tv but Samsung got too cheap to include a book of instructions. That combined with the minimalist remote made it quite an ordeal to learn how to use it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor quality for price

Product died in under 15 months, only being used about 10hr or less. Repairs outside of warranty are more than half the cost of the TV brand new. Find a cheaper tv or buy the warranty for sure. The operating system on this tv is also laggy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Did a lot of research, back and forth on a lot of tv's. I work audio/ visual for a living. Just wanted a great tv. I own a lot of Samsung products. Picked this one, glad I did! Great right out of the box, and easy to work with. Just what I needed and very happy so far.

Great picture, but slower than my dead grandma when scrolling through the channels.
On a wired Ethernet at speeds of 220+ mbps and it crawls.
