It’s OK at best and…

I bought this TV a couple of weeks ago for my 80 year old mom and though I like it, the picture quality options are limited, compared to our living room Visio and the remote control really lets it down—the small type and the volume button which you have to tilt up and down rather than press.
Samsung used to have to best picture quality but I’d recommend saving your money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this TV around Christmas,,,, = 4 months ago. the remote is a piece of garbage, so had to buy an after market one. then last month the screen freezes and the only way to fix this is cut the TV off then back on. The picture is only so-so. tried customer support and got the run around & they were no help at all. They say I got a 1 year warranty but that is a joke also. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY this TV. Mark my words you will regret it.

volume would only go to 13 which was hard to hear and remote control was very minimal and hard to figure out. I returned it.

I bought about 6 months and is working great beautiful colors and deep blacks, and plenty of apps and free channels from Samsung and very happy with this tv set

Remote Control Is A Joke

The remote control for this TV is a joke. My sound bar remote and bed have better controls. Samsung, please tell me this remote was intended as a joke. I returned it and bought the LG.

Good picture, terrible software.

Picture quality is very good. Certainly not quite a OLED contrast levels, but for the price it’s very good. The biggest issue is Samsungs terrible software. It’s buggy and requires constant full TV reboot. All I want the TV to do is remember to use HDMI 1 as the default but so often the TV will turn on in Samsungs “smart hub”, which is terrible.
