Overall Satisfaction, but . . .

I waited nearly a year to buy this particular TV, and am overall quite satisfied with its performance over the last couple months. The color is excellent and I was surprised at the quality of sound (with no sound system added). Set-up was quite easy and all appears to be well built. However . . . what is not good is the screen gives off tremendous glare from lighting in the room; the screen simply does not hand in-room lighting well. But an even bigger issue for me is the teeny-tiny remote control hand set that is not properly shaped or large enough for an adult hand. Compared to the remote from my last Samsung TV . . . this hand set represents many steps backwards. Sometimes change simply for the sake of change does not work. Over-simplification of the control buttons has a negative effect.

Undeniably the best choice we made for an upgrade.
The quality and workmanship is superior in comparison to the manufacturers.
Clarity, crispness, color are amazing!
Samsung has also designed so that there is an ease of operation. Its tools and apps are user friendly and easy to manage.
But the picture! Unbelievable’ even in an 85”!
We highly recommend!

Purchase a sound bar with it

I have been purchasing Samsung televisions for years and have been generally happy with Samsung. The volume/sound on this one is not strong at all and I am very disappointed with it. We need to raise it to 30+ to get audible sound. Now, as an extra expense, I need to purchase a sound bar . I’m not a happy customer. I should have purchased a less expensive brand.

Love the Samsung brand

Bought this TV for my neighbor to replace an old one, the TV works great. I own a 55 in at my house. I didn't know that the remote is compatible with any Samsung smart TV. I also love the guide feature and the vast channel lineup. I strongly recommend the Samsung brand over any other
