Should have bought the TCL with Roku built in

I bought this Samsung because it was the only brand available to me, other than TCL, that would allow me to download the Spectrum TV app. What a mistake. What is with the annoying voice assistant? Why is there no option to turn it off? Remote is very user unfriendly. Using streaming only and it takes forever to load my Spectrum TV app. Also unable to load Paramount+.

First, to disable the Voice Guide function, follow the steps below.
・Navigate to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings. ・Go to General & Privacy > Accessibility. ・Select Voice Guide Settings and disable Voice Guide.
Regarding the Spectrum and Paramount+ apps, please follow these steps to resolve any issues you are experiencing.
・If your app is freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue. ・Check the network connection. When the network speed is slow, the app may not work, or its image quality may be poor. ・Uninstall and reinstall the app. ・If the same problem continues, please check that your TV is running the latest firmware version. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update

My husband purchased this for me, and it is the clearest television in our home. Even older movies' resolutions aren't distorted. I would love to have one in my bedroom!!

We bought this as a present to ourselves and we are still very glad we did. The picture is nicer than our older model Samsung and the smart voice remote is a great addition. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Excellent quality. We have had ours 6 months now. Great picture and no issues. The only thing we don't care for is the navigation software and control. It was easy to figure out how to get around using the remote, but we wish we could personalize it to what apps we pay for and want to watch. Not following them due to companies that pay them to advertise first and then our selection. Software needs a little tweeking to but other than that its great.

Dont buy unless you have other speakers

i bought a different samsung tv about 18 months ago. i figured this one would be just as good. the speakers are beyond awful on this tv. i tried adjusting the setting but it was only marginally better. i really can’t believe they could even make the speakers sound this bad. absolutely dont buy this tv without a sound bar… unfortunstely once you add the cost of a soundbar, this tv becomes a terrible value. do yourself a favor and find a different tv.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
