Great picture, slow response, freezes, spams you

This TV is a great size and beautiful screen for a great price. The response to the remote control is really slow. There's a noticeable delay switching between channels/apps. It has frozen up several times in the first week of using it, where it required a restart. The worst thing is that it's pushing adds into the core menu/program selection, forcing the marketing on you. I also felt the home menu was difficult to navigate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To ensure performance is fully optimized, I recommend ensuring your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.
Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

Slow, but seamless interface, great picture

great: easy, guided setup; streaming services well integrated and easy to use, low-profile bezel and flat power cord are simple, considered design; picture is very nice.
grumpy: the home screen is slow and laggy. way too often i'll push the remote a few times trying to get it to move, only to have it 'catch up' and select the wrong thing, which then loads, which then asks me if i 'really want to leave,' which then..... i know it's a problem, so i go slaw, and it's still a problem. power cord should be a little longer--it is strained even in my small format installation.

All good but the remote

I've had this TV for about 3 weeks now. There was a bit of a learning curve to get started with but it's similar to my other Samsung TV. Great color and picture quality. My only negative about it is the control. It is so darned small and black. It is hard to see in low light and my large hands and fingers don't cope well with it. The control could use backlighting or white lettering on the buttons to enable those of us with poor night vision to navigate it.

Great cheep tv

I bought this tv in a 75 inch and it's great I could have got a more expensive tv but they didn't have it in so I figured I would just get this one for now and wow I didn't need a expensive tv this one fit the bill glad I got it

Great TV - Controller Sucks

TV is very nice but no "previous channel" button on the controller sucks! On line search doesn't solve the problem - pretty weird that a company like Samsung can't figure that out.
