We love our Samsung Crystal Smart Tv

Loving my Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally purchased an LG tv due to the salesman's recommendation. BIG MISTAKE!!! Returned it and got a Samsung. The picture quality is unbelievable and SO clear when watching sports or movies. I highly recommend this tv. The sound from the tv is also great, but I love using it with my soundbar.

good upgrade

i had to replace my last samsung tv because it kept powering of on its own. it was only 30months old which was disturbing. but under warranty. my other samsungs lasted an average 5yrs. that's with kid abuse and video games. this one is not the q series but i love the software as i don't use firesticks or cable wired in. just apps. syncs perfect with samsung hub. i turn on the tv and it goes to the last app used. sometimes the last item is paused. great for quick launching of tv. good addition to the house and responsive. just wished the remote had hulu instead of samsung tv as a short cut or can be modified to my preference. still gets 5 stars.

Worst purchase ever.

Worst buy ever. The remote quit working after a week we had it. 500 dollar unit, feels like I should've kept my old TV.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice tv with some sound issues

Great tv with sound glitches on FIOS one tv. Often when I turn on the tv with my FIOS remote, there. Is no sound. The only way to fix it is to either reboot the cable box or detach and reattach the hdmi cable. Very inconvenient.
