sound is sooo bad. sounds super flat and low. i exchanged this tv thinking it was defective and setup the new one and same sound qualify. only seems to be happening with hdmi products too. tried many different hdmi devices and all have the same sound.
the tv itself is thin and beautiful, though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Picture Quality good but sound disappointing!

easy setup , customer service support good. no complaints about pic quality but sound is very tinney. (compare to video quality) i realize that all tv's are like this now but find it annoying because i now have to purchase a sound bar.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Samsung = KING OF THE HILL

In my personal opinion this brand has evolved and produced phenomenal products from day 1 including click button phone to get one letter for text. The tv is above and beyond expectation with aesthetical views second to none. Thank you Samsung for the years of pleasure your products has provided for myself and family.
