[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] although i waited a long time to receive this product, samsung did not disappoint. this tv is great! the image quality and sound system are great. i do find it a bit strange that samsung has pre-selected the apps you can see on the bar right away, but have to click on another place to see the rest of the apps. it is hard to find them at first, until you finally remember where they are downloaded to. i would assume that the apps you use the most are the ones you can see right away, but that is not the case here. my family and i enjoy this tv so much. we spent most of our time watching netflix or playing video games. overall a good tv, with some glitches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are just in love with our TV since day one, picture quality snd sound is great for gaming, 3 HDMI ports perfect for all our gaming consoles. Our little family will really enjoy having this TV in our living room for a long time. We really like that the TV is really thin it gives us extra space in our entertainment center, overall this TV has everything that we need Samsung never disappoints me. love that it comes with built-in apps also remote is just the right size and very easy to use.

sound is sooo bad. sounds super flat and low. i exchanged this tv thinking it was defective and setup the new one and same sound qualify. only seems to be happening with hdmi products too. tried many different hdmi devices and all have the same sound.
the tv itself is thin and beautiful, though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Picture Quality good but sound disappointing!

easy setup , customer service support good. no complaints about pic quality but sound is very tinney. (compare to video quality) i realize that all tv's are like this now but find it annoying because i now have to purchase a sound bar.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
