Best TV for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Incredible TV for the price. I had two other 65 inch TVs from different manufacturers and had picture issues with both. Switched to Samsung and have been very pleased. Great picture, whether it’s a game, steaming or blue ray, the picture is amazing. The software is solid as well. Great tv and I highly recommend!

This product could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our TV for streaming, watching movies, and sports. The product could be better, for example the volume just stops working and you have to turn the TV off then back on again for it to work.

We appreciate you sharing details of the sound issue you’re experiencing on your AU800 TV. There are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.
2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Output.
3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto.
Finally, please ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update.

Awesome TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the curved screen, smart TV features, built-in Alexa, and the one remote feature which works seamlessly in controlling all my electronic accessories (Samsung TV, Sony DVD, Digital Antenna, and Vizio surround sound. Great Buy! Great picture and a breeze to set-up. Also, in an era where TV companies pride themselves in offering as few accessory hook-up options as possible, this TV has it all! It has 3 HDMI, 2 USB, Optical, LAN, and even an RCA audio/video input! No regrets with this purchase!

This tv is solid

Reliable and compatible with spectrum services if you have cable you don’t have to pay extra for their devices when you have a Samsung smart tV

Totally Satisfied with My Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung TV to watch sports, movies, and series. I do some streaming. The main thing I like is the clarity and color of the picture. Especially, when watching tennis, football, and basketball. The 43 inch size is perfect for our new and cozy Texas Hill Country living room. Appreciate all of the built in streaming apps and how easy it was to set up. Like having the 2 regular HDMI connections, the Digital connection for my CD player, and the HDMI Arc connection for my sound bar. When we moved into our new home I replace my 10 year old Samsung Progressive Scan (which I loved), but this new Crystal HD is even better. Thanks!
