Perfect Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The whole family enjoys this TV so much. It is change my experience in watching sports, specially football. The picture quality is so clear and perfect and feels like I’m at the game. The kids like how user-friendly the TV is and they all download their favorite apps and stream their favorite shows from different apps. My neighbor came over for the first NFL game of the season this year and was blown away by the quality of the TV. The next day he went and bought the same TV because he said he can’t watch football on his old TV since he watch football on my new TV at my house so he went and bought the same TV .This is by far the best television I’ve ever had and I highly recommend this product to everyone.

Big Girl Purchase

New Samsung UHD 65

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is very nice and the tv is very slim and streamlined on the wall. Only complaint I would have it the APP menu and search feature. I think it is a little confusing and frustrating.

Best TV for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Incredible TV for the price. I had two other 65 inch TVs from different manufacturers and had picture issues with both. Switched to Samsung and have been very pleased. Great picture, whether it’s a game, steaming or blue ray, the picture is amazing. The software is solid as well. Great tv and I highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our TV for streaming, watching movies, and sports. The product could be better, for example the volume just stops working and you have to turn the TV off then back on again for it to work.

We appreciate you sharing details of the sound issue you’re experiencing on your AU800 TV. There are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Output.

3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto.

Finally, please ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the curved screen, smart TV features, built-in Alexa, and the one remote feature which works seamlessly in controlling all my electronic accessories (Samsung TV, Sony DVD, Digital Antenna, and Vizio surround sound. Great Buy! Great picture and a breeze to set-up. Also, in an era where TV companies pride themselves in offering as few accessory hook-up options as possible, this TV has it all! It has 3 HDMI, 2 USB, Optical, LAN, and even an RCA audio/video input! No regrets with this purchase!
