Good picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used for streaming movies and sports. Good picture, but the volume control on the remote is annoying -- I would prefer buttons instead of the up/down toggle.

If you do not wish to use the volume buttons on your remote, you do have the option to utilize the voice button and ask the voice assistant to change the volume. You can also download the SmartThings App on your Android or Apple phone and control the TV from there.

New to Smart TV features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought this TV because old one of 9 years finally did a "black screen of death"! So, we were out of touch with the trend that TVs has turned Smart.
First Smart TV we got, and so far it exceeded our expectations:
1. Apps can be access from home screen
2. Game console are controllable with same remote (Xbox 1 is hooked up, with Switch & PS4 in the same hub) Although hard to match controller commands.
3. Close captioning (CC) a must, is choosable for TV viewing.
4. Picture can be customized and stretched from default screen
5. Sound is good without outside speakers.
I still have ways to explore the Smart TV but so far I like that it's user friendly.

Great view and sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it for every day streaming on VOD platforms for TV & Movies. It is great for AirPlay & Spotify as well. It gets really loud and has great visuals! I wish the remote buttons were structured differently, I feel like it's easy to press something you didn't aim to. Other than that, highly recommend it!
