Not Happy changing from app. to TV sucks. Keeps changing to what Samsung wants not what I want. too hard to change from app back to TV and then have to go back and reset audio everytime. Will never buy another Samsung. Next time back to Sony
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have a few recommendations that may help address these problems.
First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Update from here if needed.
Next, if you are having issues with your audio when changing to external devices, please ensure you are utilizing the Pass-Through Feature. To activate this feature, go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > set to Pass-Through.
Finally, to help address your concerns about the TV going to the wrong media, the Last App Feature may help. The Autorun Last App feature automatically starts the last app you used once the TV is turned on. To enable this feature, follow the steps below: 1) Navigate to Settings > General > Smart Features > Autorun Smart Hub 2) Enable the Autorun Smart Hub feature 3) Navigate to Settings > General > Smart Features > Autorun Last App 4) Enable the Autorun Last App feature
