Great picture...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my fourth Samsung TV. I keep buying them because the picture quality is life-like and the menu system is intuitive. I use it to watch sports, movies and news. My wife likes to watch talk and game shows, and an occasional movie. I would've gave it a 5 star rating but it literally died after 10 months. Samsung sent technicians to my house to repair it, they basically replaced all the internal components. It's been working fine since. I purchased a 5 year extended warranty when I purchased the tv because my last tv (65" Series 7 died in a little over 2 years.) I'm spoiled by the picture quality that's why I bought another one. My advice is to purchase an extended warranty.

Good resolution and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only use streaming. I'm able to watch everything I want - YouTube TV and all other YouTube; Amazon Prime; Netflix; Hulu; Peacock; Disney, and more. I just need the one remote control that came with the TV. It is quite easy to jump around.

perfect for college apartment

I picked it with the help of the chat support who walked me through a great quality TV that was in my budget. The set up was super easy (less than 5 minutes from the time we opened the box) and there haven't been any issues since.

A Well-Rounded Product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has a well built quality to it and the screen resolution is good for streaming videos and movies! In addition to the good build quality and 4K screen resolution, the TV has good performance when an Xbox is connected to it and I'm playing games. Never does it feel that the games I'm playing are lagging or too low in screen and sound quality.

Sound cuts out

We appreciate you sharing details of the sound issue you’re experiencing on your AU8000 TV. There are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external devices and the TV and then try the cable connection again.
2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Output.
3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto.

Amazing Tv with great smart features!

Also one things that’s amazing is the Bluetooth feature to connect wireless soundbars. Something I didn’t see from many other TVs
