Great display, slow to turn on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for Cable and streaming with my. SAMSUNG galaxy laptop and Samsung Bluetooth sound bar.
It has a very slow turn on speed.
The audio crackles when connected through Bluetooth or the direct audio line.
It has bloatware that you cannot delete.
Great display and vivid colors. Speakers sound great when turned down low.

We appreciate your feedback on the AU8000 TV. Please know we are here to help you. I have a few recommendations that may improve your experience with the UI and sound quality.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

Next, for your audio connection, which is crackling, we recommend trying the Audio Pass-Through feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio.

To activate this feature, go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > set to Pass-Through.

When connecting via Bluetooth, there are a few things to remember.

1)You can't use Bluetooth devices and the Wi-Fi Speaker Surround Setup feature simultaneously.
2) Compatibility issues may occur, depending on the Bluetooth device (A Mobile exclusive headphones may not be available, depending on the environment).
3) Lip-sync errors may occur.
4) The TV and Bluetooth device may disconnect, depending on the distance between them.
5) A Bluetooth device may hum or malfunction: a) When a part of your body is in contact with the receiving/transmitting system of the Bluetooth device or the TV. b) The device is subject to electrical variation from obstructions caused by a wall, corner, or office partitioning. c) When the device is exposed to electrical interference from the same frequency-band devices, including medical equipment, microwave ovens, and wireless LANs.

Regarding Samsung TV Plus: Samsung TV Plus can be disabled, which removes the channels from your default guide. Should you want to disable TV Plus, follow the steps below:

1) Navigate to the Samsung TV Plus app and press and hold the enter or select button on the remote. This will bring up two options. ‘Move’ and ‘Remove.’
2) Navigate to ‘Remove’ and select. This option brings up the ability to remove the app icon or disable the service.
3) Navigate to ‘Disable’ and select. This will remove the service from the launcher bar and the channels from the TV Guide.

Great size and resolution for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV for both gaming and general viewing, and it's fairly easy to switch from different picture settings to get the best experience. The TV will occasionally revert to other settings which can be a pain, but overall the UI is pretty intuitive. I'm a bit sensitive to HFR so I also like the added options to toggle things like resolution and motion smoothing. Overall a great product!

One of the best tvs I’ve purchased

I did have some problems with connecting the Wi-Fi but after calling customer service never had a issue again and it’s saving me money from cable I just download apps and what my shows
