Great Samsung TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for looking at movies and general TV shows via cable. The only problem I noticed after 6 months is when I first turn it on, the black color is too black and too dark so I have to cut it off and then back on each time to get a normal picture. Not sure what is going on here and can't seem to figure it this out!

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
Next, let's try resetting your Smart Hub. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub.
Finally, if these tips do not resolve your issue, please give us a call so we can set up a warranty appointment. You can contact us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Or visit us on the Samsung website and click on the ‘Support’ link for:

Simply the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use this TV mainly to watch sports, movies, and play video games or YouTube. It's been better than I anticipated with the functions and clear picture every time I turn it on. And I learn new features almost every time I use it. Highly recommend this TV to anyone who wants a clear picture to view.
