Best Overall Quality and Affordability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having 2 products from another namebrand go bad on me very quickly I purchased a Samsung due to previous ownership of a tv over 10+ years and still is as good as new. This has the best picture and quality of anything else I have ever owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Samsung Crystal UHD TV. I use it to stream HBOMax, Netflix, Hulu, etc. All the apps I use came pre-downloaded. I love how I can cast my iphone to the tv. The display is amazing and so clear. I absolutely love it.

Great Samsung TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for looking at movies and general TV shows via cable. The only problem I noticed after 6 months is when I first turn it on, the black color is too black and too dark so I have to cut it off and then back on each time to get a normal picture. Not sure what is going on here and can't seem to figure it this out!

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
Next, let's try resetting your Smart Hub. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub.

It's been better than I anticipated with the functions and clear picture every time I turn it on. And I learn new features almost every time I use it. Highly recommend this TV to anyone who wants a clear picture to view.
