[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture and colors are beyond words. The clarity of the screen is top notch. As far as the sound....its pretty good. But maybe a feature where the bass, mid and treble levels could be adjusted manually would be something to consider. Sometimes I'll watch concerts on TV and it would be nice to fine tune the sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung strictly for streaming. It came with many streaming services pre-installed so setup was a breeze. It is very responsive and the picture is incredible. I’ve found myself going down YouTube rabbit holes for nature videos because the images are so vibrant. The remote is very intuitive and practical. Not an overload of buttons. I’ve been very pleased with this device in the month I have had it.

we bought the tv 7/10/22...... we like the tv, clear picture and good sound.... happy with till know.....it is disappointing that yesterday and today turned the tv on and no sound.... tv was not muted and it showed our setting of 29........we tried different apps nothing..... unplugged the tv for a minute and turned it back then the sound is back.......so this happened twice....... 2 weeks ago tv could not find wi-fi .... checked my tablet and wi-fi was working also on my phone.... unplugged tv waited a minute and then it would connect to the internet......therefore i can give only 3 stars.......will have to contact samsung or return the tv
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks sleek, and a good upgrade for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous TV got damaged, so had to upgrade. Was pleasantly surprised with the packaging and easy install. Note that you will definitely need two people, and I'm glad I had help. The tv looks sleek, especially the stand design. We mostly use our tv for streaming and playing games.
The remote that comes with the tv is also sleek, keeping with the theme. The frame is all black, along with the legs/stand, which is also something I personally like over chrome or silver. You can also adjust the height and where the legs are mounter apparently? I didn't mess around with that too much
Usage wise, the software is upgraded, so it's much faster than my previous tv (a 2017 model UHD 7 series i think). Having voice assistant integration built in, along with being able to turn my tv on and off with my phone is convenient. Overall everything just looks more clean aesthetically, the whole package.

One gripe I have is reflection from outside lightning hampers the viewing almost as much, if not more than my older tv. I think that is to be expected though, but I was hoping for an improvement. Another thing to keep in mind is losing HDMI ports depending on what tv you're coming from. My previous one came with a smart hub, which I think was a genius idea (had 4 hdmi ports and an optical port as well I think). The AU8000 has only 3 hdmi ports if I'm not mistaken. One gaming console had to be sacrificed.
I'm happy with my purchase, and glad to stick with Samsung.
