[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am now streaming so TV features interfere somewhat with that. Settings do not lock so constant updating is required. Streaming negates many of the built-in features for Samsung TV. I use Firestick to stream although not required for this set. 4K viewing is good and TV produces good picture at all pixel depths.

Average Tv, was expecting better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased v this tv because of the price point. It looks great on my wall specially with my Samsung sound bar.
The biggest negative about the tv is that it keep disconnecting from the Network (Wifi).
I have the modem right behind the tv on the other room so the signal is very strong.
Every time we turn the tv on we have to reconnect to the network.
Also the the Samsung tv plus aplicación does not work 100% all the time and you may get a error message when trying to open the application.
Overall is a good tv for the price.

Thank you for sharing your experience with Internet connectivity on the AU8000 TV. If you’re experiencing issues with the Wi-Fi connection, please try the following:

1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

Clarity is amazing!
