[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using it for quite awhile and it's very good. The remote is easy to use and with the google voice i can search up things faster. Excellent for gaming or watching videos. Never got problems with this device.

Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the picture on this TV. The downside is that we repeatedly have to power cycle the TV in order for it to clear its cache and display the app we want to run. For example, we click on YouTubeTV, we get to the menu but when we click on a channel, the TV displays a black picture with no sound. We have to pop /reset the breaker (it is plugged into the wall behind the TV) in order for the TV to properly load and display the app. It also does this with Disney +, Discovery +, etc. We have two other Samsung TVs in the house and do not have this issue.

Crystal UHD AU8000 smart tv

Clear and Crisp Color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the TV for entertainment - movies, daily news, some tv shows. I love the size and how thin it is. Its slim feature actually is the main reason I picked this model. It kinda look like a big picture frame hanging on the wall. The resolution is sharp and the colors are crisp. The only complain I have is the number of Hdmi ports. There are only 3 hdmi ports, and one of those is positioned facing opposite the screen unlike the other two which are sideways. So when you plug in an hdmi cable or the optical cable, they kind of bulge towards the wall creating more space between the tv and the wall. I would have appreciate it more if samsung puts these 2 ports along with the other hdmi and usb ports facing sideways. Other than this, I am pretty much happy with my TV.

This Product has amazing fast features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never had a problem the tv works great it connects to all my devices really well it look great on my wall it's big enough for the whole family to watch my Vizio surround sound connected with the TV good. I feel like the remotes could use a up grade it looks the same for many years if you have video games this tv is for u the picture quality is amazing works well with my Nintendo Switch.
