Bang for the buck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only issues are no direct connections for older gaming consoles (AV Jack) and doesn't have enough HDMI ports. Other than that it's a awesome TV for what I paid.

Crystal Clear

The picture is amazingly clear and the remote is easy to use, setup was easy and I was able to connect with all my smart devices.

Good for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes the apps don't work, but when you unplug the TV and plug it back in, it seems to fix it. It's also slow sometimes as well. Overall is a solid tv, besides what I mentioned above. The picture is really clear and it seems to be a durable model.

Thank you for sharing details of the app issues you’ve experienced on your AU8000 TV. Please ensure your TV’s firmware is up to date. You can check this by going to Settings > Support > Software Update and then easily update from there if needed.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
