The product met all expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first ever smart and such a big TV for the family. First the picture quality is absolutely amazing. The TV is mainly used for family time and occasionally for my kids youtube time. It is absolutely incredible to look at. The sound is just as good. Almost as good as surround sound. Overall this is an excellent TV and I will recommend it to anyone who is looking for such.

Poor TV.

Excellent TV with amazing quality picture

I love the new addition to my office

Excellent Product!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Samsung TVs for a long time and I have yet to be disappointed with their product. They make such high-quality products that last a long time.
I primarily use my TV for movies and shows and it has an incredible picture. I've also used it for gaming and the motion is seamless and helps to provide a next-level experience.
Do yourself a favor and buy a Samsung for your next tv.

You may want to try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. If any external devices are connected, check all input cable connections.

2. If the issue persists, define exactly what is wrong with the display. For example mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, and fixed horizontal or vertical lines.

3. Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels?

4. Press the Home button (which looks like a house), select Source, and choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources?

5. If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test)

6. If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. The signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception.
