Best picture quality ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has the absolute best quality picture I've ever seen. The viewing radius is 180 degrees, possibly more from center. I don't see how Samsung will ever make the picture on a TV any better. Between my Samsung Crystal TV and A51 phone I'm beyond happy with the screen quality and most other features. There is a small amount of room for improvements on some of the features and controls, but not many as far as I'm concerned.

Great Picture Comes with Mediocre Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the quality of the picture but with the great picture comes subpar sound. It's higher frequencies sound too tinny and there's a lot to be desired.

i recieved this tv recently, set it up without a hitch. so far my only issue is the remote. i prefer the remote that came with my new samsung 55 in smart tv. i want to purchase a new remote like that one, but i can't find it anywhere on this site

Excellent Picture Quality, Poor Sound Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was our first 4K HDR television. The picture quality is excellent, although we are still getting used to the differences in resolution. Many programs that we have viewed in 1080P previously have taken on a much crisper image in 4K. They remind me of watching a soap opera video, instead of a movie experience. This is somewhat exacerbated by poor sound quality from the built-in speakers. There is no audio control, other than volume and three presets that don't give much tonal range. I will be buying an external speaker system for this in the near future, which will hopefully significantly improve the tinny sound quality.
The remote is also interesting. I now have access to more than 100 channels via the WIFI connection, but I must browse through the channel list to get to a specific channel. There are no buttons on the remote to allow you to select a specific channel. Prime Video and Netflix are accessible with a single button click, as are the extended channels offered by Samsung (that's how I got to over 100 channels -- I have 30 channels of broadcast TV locally, not cable). This is frustrating because there is not a "Favorites" option or specific channel selection available.

We appreciate you sharing your experience with the AU8000 TV. For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings

- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.
